Terms of Use

Definitions

This section establishes the meanings of definitions that begin with a capital letter. These definitions shall apply accordingly, regardless of whether they are used in the singular or plural form.

Company – Steamify Inc., a company registered under number 2156902 at Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Website – the official website of the Company, https://steamify.io/, the terms of use of which are set forth in this document

Telegram App – a mini-application available on Telegram under the name Steamify, the terms of use of which are set forth in this document

Platform – a definition that collectively refers to the functionality of both the Website and the Telegram App. Any use of the definition Platform implies both the Website and the Telegram App

User / you any natural or legal person who has access to or uses the Platform

Agreement this Terms of Use, which establishes the rules and conditions for using the Platform

Steam a digital platform developed and operated by Valve Corporation, designed for purchasing, downloading, storing, and managing video games, software, and digital content

Skins – in-game items from various games available on Steam, which are in the possession of Users

Inventory – a virtual storage where all Skins at the User's disposal are stored

Interface – the visible part of the Platform

Trade Link (Steam Trade URL) – a unique link that allows Users to send Skin trade offers on Steam

Acceptance of the Agreement

By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement or are not willing to comply with them, please leave the Platform and discontinue its use on all devices

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that

YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH VALVE CORPORATION (STEAM) OR THE DEVELOPERS AND PUBLISHERS OF THE RESPECTIVE GAMES. THE PLATFORM IS NOT AN OFFICIAL STEAM SERVICE AND HAS NO PARTNERSHIP, AGREEMENTS, LICENSES, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF AFFILIATION WITH VALVE CORPORATION AND ITS PRODUCTS

YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE SKINS AVAILABLE ON THE PLATFORM REMAIN THE EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE RIGHTS HOLDERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STEAM AND THE DEVELOPERS OF THE RESPECTIVE GAMES. THE COMPANY DOES NOT OWN OR HOLD ANY RIGHTS TO THESE DIGITAL ASSETS AND MERELY PROVIDES FUNCTIONALITY FOR THEIR ACQUISITION, EXCHANGE, OR USE WITHIN THE PLATFORM. ALL RIGHTS TO THE SKINS, THEIR VISUAL ELEMENTS, NAMES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES BELONG TO THE RESPECTIVE GAME DEVELOPERS AND PUBLISHERS

You have full legal capacity to use the Platform in accordance with the laws of the country of which you are a citizen or resident

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country. The Company is not liable for any violations of local laws resulting from your use of the Platform. The Platform is not intended for distribution or use in jurisdictions where such actions may violate local laws or impose registration or regulatory obligations on the Company. Therefore, you bear full responsibility for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

You agree not to use the Platform for fraud or any other illegal activities

You also understand that malfunctions of the Platform and/or third parties, changes in legislation, actions of third parties, or other circumstances may result in financial losses. In the event of a loss of funds, you confirm that you will not make claims against the Company or demand compensation

You agree to all disclaimers outlined in Section 6

You have read and agreed to the contents of the Privacy Policy

Update of the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or remove any provisions of this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Agreement take effect immediately upon their publication on the Platform

You are responsible for reviewing the most current version of the Agreement. Continuing to use the Platform after any modifications to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated version

In case of a violation of the Agreement, the Company reserves the right to partially or fully restrict your access to the Platform without prior notice

Platform and its functionality

The Platform provides Users with various methods to top up their Steam balance. Additionally, the Platform allows Users to sell Skins, earn in-game currency, and use it to obtain free Skins and other rewards

Steam Top-Up

The User can top-up their Steam account balance through the Website using one of the two available methods

  • Direct Top-Up – transferring funds using the available payment methods listed in the Website Interface;
  • Top-Up via Skins – transferring Skins that are accepted as an equivalent to monetary funds, followed by their conversion into Steam balance.

The terms, fees, and limitations applicable to each top-up method, as well as the available payment options, are specified in the Website Interface and may be changed by the Company without prior notice

The Company is not responsible for any changes in Steam's policies that may affect the ability to deposit or use funds, nor for any delays caused by third-party services

When topping up a Steam balance, the Company is not a party to the financial transaction but acts solely as an intermediary between the User and Steam

The Company reserves the right to charge a processing fee for top-up transactions, which is displayed at the time of the transaction. A refund of the processing fee is only possible in exceptional cases and depends on the specific circumstances. The decision to refund the fee is made by the Company based on the details of the incident

If suspicious activity is detected (e.g., a possible account breach), the Company has the right to request additional User verification. The Company may also temporarily suspend withdrawals and other transactions until the verification process is complete

Direct Top-Up

The User follows these steps for a Direct Top-Up of their Steam balance

Enter their Steam login

Specify the desired top-up amount and payment method

Complete the payment

The Company does not control the process of funds being credited to the User’s Steam balance and is not responsible for any delays, errors, or technical failures related to payment processing by the Steam platform or payment systems

The Company is not responsible for errors made by the User during the payment process, including

Entering incorrect account details

Using an invalid payment method

Sending an incorrect amount

In the event of a technical failure on the part of the payment systems, the Company is not responsible for delays in fund crediting and cannot guarantee a refund if the payment has already been processed

If the User's Steam account is banned or blocked, the Company does not compensate for any financial losses

Top-Up via Skins

The User follows these steps to top up their Steam balance using Skins

Enter their current Trade Link in the designated field on the Website

Specify the desired top-up amount by selecting the required number of Skins available in the Website Interface

Confirm the request and complete the payment

Receive the Skins through a trade from the Platform

Sell the received Skins on the Steam Marketplace and obtain an amount equivalent to their market value

Steam balance top-up via Skins is carried out by transferring a predetermined number of Skins to the User. However, the final amount received after their sale may vary and is not fixed

All amounts displayed in the Interface are for informational purposes only and may not match the final amount the User receives after selling the Skins. The price of Skins on the Steam Marketplace may change during the processing of the top-up request. The User acknowledges and accepts potential price fluctuations and the risks associated with changes in Skin value at the time of sale

Selling Skins

The Platform allows Users to sell Skins in exchange for monetary funds. Skins can be sold through both the Website and the Telegram App

Sales are conducted via the Steam Trade System, and the User must provide a Trade Link to complete the transaction

The Company does not own the Skins and acts solely as an intermediary in their transfer and monetization. Once the Skins are successfully transferred through the Steam Trade System, the transaction is considered final and cannot be canceled by the User

The sale of Skins is carried out as follows

Selects the Skins they wish to sell using the Platform Interface

Clicks on "Cashout"

Chooses the preferred payment method

Clicks on "Cashout"

Accepts the trade offer in Steam through a separate application

Receives the funds

The Company automatically evaluates the value of Skins based on market prices and offers the User a corresponding payout amount

The User may select a payment method if the Platform offers alternative options. The Company reserves the right to request ownership verification of the payment details before processing the transaction

The Company reserves the right to charge a processing fee for Skin sales, which is displayed at the time of the transaction

The Company is not responsible for

User errors when entering the Trade Link

Market price fluctuations of Skins after the transaction is completed

The User is responsible for carefully entering the payment details for withdrawals. In the event of an error in the provided information

If the transaction has already been sent, the Company is not responsible and cannot refund the funds

If the transaction is still in processing or has failed, the User may contact the Company’s support team at admin@steamify.io

The Company is not responsible for the sale of Skins made through a compromised account. If unauthorized use of an account is detected, the User must independently contact law enforcement authorities

In the event of Steam API key theft and the replacement of the original trade, the Company is not liable for the lost Skins. The User is solely responsible for securing their account, including refraining from sharing their API key with third parties, exercising caution when logging into external websites, and avoiding the installation of suspicious software

The Company reserves the right to cancel a transaction after receiving the Skins if fraud, a violation of Platform rules, or other internal reasons are identified. If a transaction is canceled after the trade has been accepted, the Skins will be returned to the User after the trade lock period expires

App additional functionality of the Telegram App

Mini-games: The Telegram App provides Users with the opportunity to participate in various mini-games within the "Games" section, which is available in the Telegram App Interface. By playing mini-games, the User can earn free Skins and other rewards. The types of mini-games, their rules, and participation conditions may be displayed in the Telegram App Interface

The Company reserves the right to

Introduce new mini-games

Modify the rules and conditions of existing mini-games

Restrict access to certain mini-games based on various factors

Mini-games are provided "as is" without any guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or meeting User expectations

The Company does not guarantee that participating in mini-games will result in obtaining free Skins or any specific reward

Mini-games may include an element of chance, such as lotteries (Raffles), where winners are determined randomly

The Company is not responsible for

Any potential losses incurred by the User as a result of participating in mini-games

Any changes to the terms and conditions of mini-games

Technical failures, delays, or errors in the operation of mini-games caused by reasons beyond the Company’s control

Participation in mini-games is voluntary, and the User independently decides whether to participate, fully understanding the potential risks associated with games that contain elements of chance

Inventory: In the "Inventory" section, the User can view and manage the Skins in their possession. Skins stored in the Inventory can be used within the Platform’s functionality, including trading or other available operations. Through this section, the User can sell Skins in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 4.5 of this Agreement

In case of technical failures or violations of the Agreement by the User, access to Skins in the Inventory may be temporarily restricted or revoked

User Balance: In the Telegram App, the User has an internal balance that contains various forms of in-game currency, which can be used to obtain free Skins

In-game currency is not real money, not a digital asset, and not a virtual currency. It cannot be converted into fiat money, withdrawn outside the Platform, or used for any purposes beyond the Platform’s functionality

The Company reserves the right to modify the amount, mechanics of accrual, purpose, and usage rules of in-game currency, as well as to remove or introduce new types of in-game currency without prior notice to Users

Types of in-game currency

Steamify Points (SP)

  • SP – in-game currency that the User can farm within the Telegram App;
  • To start farming SP, the User must click the relevant button in the Telegram App Interface;
  • SP farming can be accelerated using boosts, the conditions of which are displayed in the Telegram App Interface;
  • The amount of SP earned can be increased by fulfilling conditions outlined in the Multiplier section under the Profile tab;
  • SP can also be obtained by completing tasks in the "Earn" section;
  • SP can be exchanged for exclusive cases that contain free Skins.

Sparks

  • Sparks are earned from Skins stored in the "Inventory" section;
  • Sparks can be used to participate in mini-games.

Tickets

  • Tickets can be earned by completing tasks in the "Earn" section;
  • Tickets may be awarded to the User when topping up their Steam balance;
  • Tickets can be earned through various means, including selling Skins, participating in contests held on the Company's official sources (Website, social media), as well as participating in the referral program (clause 4.6.24);
  • Tickets can be used in mini-games to obtain Free Skins.

The User can earn in-game currency by leveling up in the Telegram App

The use of in-game currency is strictly for entertainment purposes, and its availability does not create any financial or legal obligations for the Company toward the User

The Company is not responsible for changes in the characteristics or availability of in-game currency, nor for its potential loss due to technical failures, system updates, or User violations

The User is not allowed to transfer, sell, exchange, or otherwise dispose of the Platform’s in-game currency to third parties, except in cases provided within the Platform’s functionality. The Company is not responsible for any attempts by the User to transfer in-game currency outside the Platform

If unauthorized transactions involving in-game currency are detected, the Company reserves the right to void such transactions and take appropriate measures, up to and including User account suspension

Earn: In the "Earn" section, the User can view a list of tasks that grant various types of in-game currency upon completion. The content and conditions of these tasks are displayed within the Interface of this section

Tasks may include, but are not limited to

Viewing advertisements from third-party projects

Subscribing to channels, groups, or pages of third parties

Performing other actions specified in the Telegram App Interface

The Company is not responsible for the content of advertising materials, including

The content of advertisements displayed in the "Earn" section is created by third parties and is beyond the Company's control

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or safety of the advertised products or services

Viewing advertisements is done at the User's discretion and responsibility

The Company is not responsible for the content of channels and third-party resources, including

Subscribing to third-party channels or groups does not imply endorsement or affiliation with the Company

The Company does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or any changes in the activities of these channels

The User must independently review the terms of use of third-party resources before subscribing or completing tasks

Changes to Task Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify the list of available tasks, their completion requirements, and the amount of rewards without prior notice to Users

The Company does not guarantee the continuous availability of tasks or in-game rewards

Referral program and inviting friends: The User can earn in-game currency by participating in the referral program and inviting friends to use the Platform. The referral code and the reward amount for invitations are displayed in the Telegram App Interface under the "Earn" section. The reward for an invitation is granted according to the rules specified in the Telegram App Interface and may depend on the activity of the invited Users

The User agrees to obtain prior consent before sending an invitation to another person. The Company is not responsible for Users who violate this requirement

The User is prohibited from using spam messages, automated bots, mass messaging, or any other unethical or unwanted methods to distribute referral links. The Company reserves the right to void rewards and restrict access to the referral program if the User violates these rules

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program, as well as to change the reward distribution rules without prior notice. The existence of a referral program does not constitute an obligation of the Company toward Users, and participation is voluntary

Profile: In the "Profile" section, the User can view key information about their account, including

Level in the Telegram App and progress toward the next level

Statistics on mini-game participation and win history

Inventory Value – the total estimated worth of Skins stored in the "Inventory" section

Profile settings that allow the User to manage personal account preferences

Multiplier data, which affects the farming rate of in-game currency

The User can change available account settings if such functionality is provided in the Telegram App Interface

The Company reserves the right to restrict or modify access to certain features of the "Profile" section, including the display of inventory, referral data, and statistics

The data presented in the "Profile" section may be subject to delays or inaccuracies due to technical limitations. The Company does not guarantee real-time updates or uninterrupted display of information regarding inventory value, statistics, or other parameters

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and all materials and content contained within it—including, but not limited to, the interface design, structure, layout, text, static and animated visual elements, graphics, data, audio files, audiovisual effects, and their arrangement—remain the exclusive property of the Company, its partners, licensors, or Users, as applicable

The Company’s name, logo, and any related trademarks, Platform names, advertising slogans, and commercial identifiers are the property of the Company or used under license. These elements are protected by copyright laws, trademark regulations, and international intellectual property agreements

The Skins available on the Platform remain the exclusive property of their respective rights holders, including but not limited to Steam and the developers of the respective games. The Company does not own or hold any intellectual property rights to these digital assets but merely provides functional capabilities for their acquisition, exchange, or use within the Platform. All rights to Skins, their visual elements, names, and other attributes belong to the respective game developers and publishers

Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, no part of the Platform may be copied, modified, distributed, downloaded, transmitted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, sold, licensed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company

Any references to third-party products, services, trademarks, manufacturers, or suppliers are provided solely for informational purposes and do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the Company

Disclaimer of liability

This section establishes the Company’s liability limitations in the provision of services through the Platform, including the Website and the Telegram App

By using the Platform, the User confirms their acceptance of the terms outlined in this section

The Company is not affiliated with Steam: The Platform is not an official Steam service and has no affiliation, partnership, or agreements with Steam

Skins remain the property of rights holders: The User does not acquire ownership rights to Skins when using the Platform. The Company does not guarantee the availability, price stability, or the ability to withdraw or transfer Skins outside the Platform. If Steam or game developers change their policies affecting the trade, exchange, or use of Skins, the Company is not responsible for the consequences of such changes

Financial limitations: Topping up a Steam balance and selling Skins through the Platform do not constitute financial services. The Company acts as a technical intermediary, providing Users with access to functionality related to Skin exchanges and Steam balance top-ups

Steam balance top-ups are processed via external payment providers. The Company does not control payment systems and is not responsible for payment processing, transaction delays, or cancellations caused by third-party services

The value of Skins is subject to market fluctuations and is not fixed. The User acknowledges and accepts that the value of Skins may change based on market conditions and Steam policies. The Company does not guarantee the preservation or appreciation of any Skin's value

The Platform is provided "as is": The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website, Telegram App, or the availability of all Platform features at all times. The Company reserves the right to suspend or modify the operation of the Platform without prior notice to Users

Technical failures and errors: The Company is not responsible for User losses caused by technical failures, transaction processing delays, Steam errors, or restrictions imposed by third parties. If technical issues affect User operations, the Company will take reasonable measures to resolve them but is not obligated to compensate for potential losses

Legal and regulatory restrictions: The User is not permitted to use the Platform to circumvent regional restrictions, bans, or other limitations imposed by game rights holders or government authorities. If such actions are detected, the Company reserves the right to restrict the User's access to the Platform without compensation for potential losses

Cyberattacks and data breaches: The Company is not responsible for damage, losses, or disruptions caused by cyberattacks, hacking, data breaches, or other malicious actions targeting the Platform or third-party services. Users acknowledge the inherent risks of using the Platform and must take independent measures to ensure their account security

Modification and suspension of Platform operations: The Company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate any functionality of the Platform, either temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Users acknowledge that certain features may become unavailable due to technical or regulatory reasons

Data Privacy

Details regarding the collection, processing, and use of Users' personal data, as well as their rights, are outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement. The User is required to review this document before using the Platform

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, as well as its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and partners, from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from or related to

  • The User's violation of the terms of this Agreement;

Unauthorized or improper use of the Platform by the User

Failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform

Claims from third parties related to the User's activities on the Platform

The Company reserves the right to independently defend itself against any such claims and to seek full or partial compensation for incurred losses from the User

Restriction and termination of access

The Company has the right to suspend, restrict, or fully terminate the User's access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, in the following cases

Violation of the provisions of this Agreement by the User

Detection of suspicious activity or fraudulent transactions

Actions that threaten the security, stability, or reputation of the Platform

Requests from government authorities, law enforcement agencies, or the need to comply with legal regulations

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, as well as any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising in connection with its performance, use of the Platform, or provided services, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles

In the event of a dispute, claim, or disagreement related to this Agreement, the User agrees to submit a written complaint to the Company, providing a detailed description of the issue. The Company undertakes to review the complaint within 30 calendar days and provide a response to the User. If no resolution is reached within the specified period, the dispute shall be settled by a competent court in the British Virgin Islands
